The worst customer service I've ever gotten from car dealerships. Last week I took my 2022 truck to have it appraised to see how soon it was accepted for me in the pre-owned. The review was relatively quick, about 45 min. But they did not give me an answer, after an hour and a half of waiting I tell them that I have to leave and they tell me that the manager is coming to attend to me and they take me to another waiting room. After 20 min. Plus the manager never came. I get up and ask the boy who had attended me initially and he tells me to wait for a moment that is coming. And I told him that unfortunately I couldn't keep waiting for him. I left him my card with my number and email. They never contacted me... A week later I went back to the agency to ask them to give me the price for which they bought the vehicle. After a few minutes they attend me and send me to park so that I can meet with the manager. When I go down to the parking lot they tell me that I can't park there that I have to go to another parking lot later... I get out again and the guy who is serving me asks him if the manager is really going to serve me or not? Or if they are going to leave me waiting again, because I don't have time to waste again waiting for a manager who doesn't serve customers. The boy hesitates and says I don't know... And I tell him again, be honest, the manager will attend to me or not. And he tells me no, it's that we're not buying cars in pre-owned. My big annoyance as such is not that they don't buy the vehicle but the lack of honesty and bad treatment for a client. People's time is something sacred, and making someone lose it is disrespectful. Finally, he tells me if he buys a new vehicle it could be, what great impudence and lack of ethics and professionalism, as a seller claims that after continuous waiting and honesty one wants to close a deal. I do not recommend this vehicle agency at all.
