Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Ironhorse

I have a Pomeranian and he has had some bad haircuts! But now that I found Woof Gang Barkery & Grooming Ironhorse - he is a beautiful boy! 😍 Miranda is the best and the girls are always helpful and friendly! We are very satisfied and always look forward to see everyone!

Cindy gave our Morkie his first “groom” and did a fabulous job! I find the front desk peeps helpful as well as everyone I have encountered! Taught my kids to be kind to everyone no matter what - you never know what others have going on in their life!! I appreciate the business, it’s convenient location and ALL the staff!!!

I hate to rate this place low because the groomers are wonderful, but regarding the front desk staff...my god the attitude. If you are looking for good customer service run so far away. Also if you are running 5-10min behind don't even bother wasting your time showing up bc they would rather sit there twiddling their thumbs then try to make any sort of production for this business. As a business owner I can say I would fire the receptionist in a heartbeat. Hope the owners know how much business they are running off.

The front desk is so rude!! I stop going there just because of that!! The groomers are really nice but it got to the point where I couldn't stand her attitude every time I used to drop my dog and pick up... also calling to make an appointment, Like she's doing me a favor... every time I needed to see her angry face with such bad energy!!

Did I go to the same place many other reviewers visited?! My impression of this store could not be worse. Why would anyone choose this store over Treats Unleashed, Land of Paws, Three Dog Bakery, etc??? Terrible. Little inventory. Baked treats that look like they have sat around forever. Wildly overpriced. Pathetic, disinterested, unfriendly staff. I will be amazed if this business survives without making major changes. Three other people have since told me they had similar impressions. I will definitely not be back.
