Absolutely horrible! My 1 star is only so I could write a review to hopefully stop people from making the same expense mistake I did. When they say they will repair any rotten wood, that's a lie. The windows aren't installed properly, so they don't even know the condition of what is underneath the old windows because they don't fully remove them. They don't close completely and aren't even installed straight(see video). My energy costs didn't improve in the least. To be honest, I believe they are worse than when I had my old wood windows. The outside noise is worse now, and when I go outside, I can hear my music or TV a though I have my windows open. The installation took longer than I was told it would, and the "finished" product, if you can call it that looks horrible! It is far from finished. They don't replace broken trim because they don't remove any trim to install the new windows. Please save yourself the insane amount they charge and buy your windows local and have a good contractor install them. It will be over half the cost, and you will actually get energy efficiency out of them. When I complained, they didn't seem to care. They already had my money.

The two gentlemen that were sent to my home we’re wonderful. I could not have asked for a better consideration of my home. Great job they started at a quarter till nine. We’re finished by 5 o’clock. I love my new windows.

We had over 20 new windows installed. Two gentlemen showed up the first day to see how complicated the install would be. They handle the entire install with ease. They were very professional and friendly and wanted to make sure that we had walked around an was satisfied with the install before they left. I would definitely recommend Windtek to everyone that owns a home and wants to get the best out of their energy being used.

We recently purchased new windows from WinTek USA and I am thrilled with everything involved; from the salesman who came to our home to demonstrate and educate about the windows to the installers. So far, I don't really understand the purpose of why I was ever contacted in the first place by this company. Months ago, I was promised monetary thanks by allowing them to consult on my home. Was scheduled. No one came. Was rescheduled. No one came. The monetary amount promise was then upped. I was told that the worker in my area had a medical emerg and was on a leave of absence. Ok, no problem, I am understanding. Fast forward to now- last week I picked up what I thought was a telemarketer call and realized it was Wintek. Advised for them to call RIGHT BACK because I was at work and they never did. I called the following day, spoke with an Angie, and she said oh I am so sorry, let's plan to call you after 5pm (when i get off) tomrrow! Ok! thanks! No call. I called back next day and Angie remembered speaking with me. Promised another call after 5p for yesterday. No call. So I call back today. Got Angie again, and suddenly it felt like she did not remember me, although my name is not a common name AT ALL. And now all of the sudden, "the team is out of my area, so they will call back when they're back in the area." SAY WHAT?! What a waste of my time and theirs? I just don't get it at all. I could've used the extra money at Christmastime and I was blatantly honest with them about that. However I do have window repairs I need done at my house and tax time is around the corner. Think I'll utilize someone else at this point. Geez.
