I only spoke with someone in the store, who was kind enough to give me some advice re: what to do with a wayward racing pigeon that took a fancy to me. The person on the phone was very friendly and patient. I’d go there for purchases should I ever decide to take care of outside birds.

Friendly staff, always have a fun conversation about birds, they have good bird seed several different types, wide variety of bird feeders with multiple mounting choices.

I love this store. Every time I go, I get to nerd out about birds with the amazing folks who work there. Their products are more expensive than what you find at Home Depot or Lowes, but the finch feeder I bought there a decade ago is still in great shape. Most of the feeders are made of metal or heavy duty composite plastic and have a lifetime guarantee, so they are worth the price.
