Got a great knee scooter there. Made sure they worked for me. Adjusted to me. Insurance paperwork was done by them. Easy process. Celena was awesome.

Celena was fantastic. She helped me get the item I needed and helped get the insurance paperwork done. She was awesome.

***UPDATE*** Holy wah! I don't know where to begin! I was struggling to get a knee scooter referral approved between Wheelchair & Walker Rentals and my insurance company and when the regional manager found out about my issue, he went above and beyond to make things right. Richard was friendly, professional, and truly cares for the community! Definitely recommend Wheelchair & Walker Rentals!

In December they came to pick up my aunts chair to do repairs… left no replacement or back up chair said they would have it back next morning and she was left there for days and she died because she was left in a bed and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, get food or water or get out of bed without mobility… when another family member went to check on her she was gone..will never do business with them …

They don't want my business. Blue Cross blue shield asked them to bill Medicare and get refusal so blue Cross could pay for it. They refused to do it. Worst part is they are a preferred partner and no one else in town has a knee stroller. Now I need to buy one.
