Westlake Ace Hardware

Nice semi local hardware store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good place to go if you need something fast and don't want to deal with the giant Home Depot or Menards. That said it's a bit pricey. Go there often enough because they have a great selection of random small fasteners like nuts and bolts and screws.

Usually has what I need but you're going to pay more at Ace than if you go to Menards or Home Depot. That said, it's closer to home and when I just want to finish a job they have whatever it is I needed.

Ace Hardware has the widest selection of replacement parts for household plumbing and electrical in my area, much better than the mega-chain lumberyards in my area. The people are more experienced also.

Always have the right hard to find plumbing supplies for older homes!

They took so long on hiring process. I waited over a week just for interview. They seemed very positive with me. Then I had to wait over a week later for them to tell me that they don’t hire just for summer. Store is already short staffed so what would they even have to lose by hiring me? Also customer service is attocious and they always are short staffed. Do not apply or shop here
