Westlake let our Boy Scout Troop set a popcorn table to help the boys fundraise for scout camp. Thanks, to Westlake and all those that stopped by and supported us.

This used to be the place with really helpful employees. The last couple of times I've been in I've had to find an employee and interrupt their conversations with other employees to ask where to find an item. I asked a cashier where something was that's normally in the check out area. She just shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know.

Love this store, everyone working is always working for you. Found what I was hoping to find and found it at Westlake, a Chiefs banner for my garden flag folder!!! Thank you all so very much!!!

Rude a** cashier lady at the front with long brown hair. Stood in the store for 15 mins to download the app to get the discount and she wasn’t wanting to help me out at all with any of that! Luckily some other guy told her to give it to me anyways. Then didn’t seem happy that my item was ringing up for more than it was SAID TO BE on the tag. What’s the point of a store advertising a discount if you follow all these steps, if the workers don’t want to acknowledge it anyways and get an attitude when asked for help?! So, Girl get a new job if you’re not happy working at a hardware store! Your customer service skills are atrocious!!
