Almost an hour waiting just for admission (apart from going in for a consultation) and while the workers in this plan (looking at Iberia tickets on the internet). A shame!! And please do not reply to me with the "we are very sorry for your experience" repost...because you are not sorry at all. All negative reviews and they do nothing to improve, or for their patients/customers.
Very professional medical center. I went to allergy medicine yesterday and the staff could not have been more professional, without waiting. I'm from Valencia and everything was easy. In other centers it takes a long time to register, however, here the receptionist couldn't make it faster or more convenient. Doctor Germán Sánchez López was very attentive to me. He attended to me without any rush and gave me a solution to all my allergy problems. Very happy with the service received. I don't understand the reason for so many bad reviews.
I completely understand so many negative reviews. Great at administration, but not so at testing. I come after having surgery in another province three and a half months ago for a bilateral inguinal hernia, and feeling similar discomfort as before the operation. The man who treats me only asks me what I'm having surgery for, and remains serious. Then in the test, and I say this because I have had a few ultrasounds, he does not tell me during the test to squeeze my belly or cough hard, which when I tell my doctor he is surprised. But that's not the point here. After finishing it, they tell me that in 30 minutes my report will be in the application. It's been 4 days and it doesn't appear anywhere. I try to fix it through it and although they send me two emails saying that they have solved it, it still does not appear. Both the staff and the management in the app are terrible. Of total shame.
I wanted to record the kindness at the center's reception, especially Ms. Montse who patiently and professionally managed the requests I made. I was also very satisfied with the care received in the Clinical Analysis Laboratory.
I give it one star because it won't let me put a 0.

Of the three medical appointments I had, I was only able to go to one because the other two were canceled at the last minute, claiming that the professionals were not there. On the second cancellation they didn't even notify me. They claimed at the center that they had called me but I returned one of the calls and they told me that they didn't know why they had called. And then they sent me my reminders, standing me in the center and telling me that the doctor was not there.
I don't plan to go anymore. I have never had such terrible treatment...
