Very friendly and very professional team that made me feel comfortable from the first moment. The procedure that would be performed was explained to me in detail and all my questions were patiently answered. During the treatment with Dr. Blanca I immediately felt in good hands, she always made sure that I was as relaxed as possible, a great professional with a very close and natural treatment that is really appreciated. I have gone to the clinic to do a check-up and they have given me a complete estimate of the treatment to be performed, the director (Leonor) has been very threatening at all times. Even so, I have started my treatment because of my trust in the doctors and I have had to stop it due to a health issue that made it contraindicated to carry out the full treatment at that time. When I went out to reception to comment on it, since dr. She told me that I had to wait, the director came out again shouting, addressing me with the reception full of people and making me obvious. I have left the clinic crying because of the discomfort caused by this person, since at no time has he taken me to the office to consult with me, payment methods, or reason to wait for complete treatment. I will not return to the clinic and I do not think these are ways to address the patient when I have been friendly at all times. 1st you have to ask the reasons, in which case see the payment methods, etc.. Do not harass them at the reception during rush hour. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. I have already filed the appropriate claim for consumption because there is no right.
