Visiting Angels

We utilized Visiting Angels for a brief time before my father passed. I contacted management regarding concerns I had after the first day and was extremely pleased with the manner of which they corrected it: additional training once the employee returned from her weekend off. My father passed within a few hours after a caregiver arrived the next day and I learned Visiting Angels paid her for the entire shift even though she was sent home early; we were charged for the time she was at the house only. The owner, Heather, was available to assist me anytime I asked for her. I was never rushed and always felt heard. Her compassion for her employees and clients is unmatched. I highly encourage anyone needing home care to look no further than Visiting Angels.

April and her team are nothing short of AMAZING! Visiting Angels employees are always smiling and often donate to great local causes.

The management staff is wonderful! They are committed to their clients and staff. They show dedication towards their clients and really care for them.

Do not trust these people! Some caregivers are good caring people. Others take it upon themselves to intervene into personal business which should not be allowed. I have spent thousands of dollars in legal fees and countless hours dealing with the aftermath of bad advice given to my loved one by an "angel" employed by this company. Look elsewhere for you companionship and personal care needs.
