Visiting Angels

Our family hired Visiting Angels approximately one and a half years ago. I cannot say enough about this wonderful team of professionals! The communication is spot on, they are 100 percent reliable and the level of care is more than we ever expected! A special shout out to Elena and Judy. They truly are ‘Angels’ in my book. They have consistently gone the extra mile for our family and we so appreciate them! This organization has changed our lives and my sister and I can live our best lives knowing our elderly parents can live independently but with a little help…❤️

Visiting Angels was the greatest help to us in the last weeks of my dad's life in his battle with cancer. He wanted to stay at home and we wouldn't have been able to take care of him without Visiting Angels' assistance. These are amazing people that served us so well! We remember each individual and what they did for us. Such a blessing!!! I highly recommend their service!

All of the caregivers and the care management team at Visiting Angels have been absolutely wonderful for my 94-year-old mother, who lives with us. Due to my mom's failing eyesight, which causes unsteadiness, she had been reluctant to do some of the things that were previously important to her. The caregivers have taken this responsibility off my plate, and on their assigned days, Mom has all the encouragement she needs from them. They are compassionate and help where needed: assisting with showering, dressing, putting away her laundry, prepping/picking up after her meals, reading the news, and having great conversation with her. Jeff, Christie, Jacqui, Benita and the entire management staff are beyond helpful! They are great with instant communication, making sure concerns are addressed and needs are being met. The caregivers and the rest of the team are concerned for us as family caregivers, as well. They all make an effort to check on our well-being, too. Honestly, Visiting Angels is more than a service.... they are like family!

Jeff and his team at Visiting Angels were exceptional. From the first phone call to the last visit, I am floored by their level of care. As I helped my mom navigate policies and family schedules, Jeff patiently answered questions and directed me to resources. Initially, my grandfather felt shame in receiving care, he was an independent man and this life transition was difficult for him. When Jeff visited my grandfather in person for the intake meeting, Jeff connected to him and made him feel seen. After the first week of visits my grandfather was smitten with the gals. He looked forward to seeing his visitors so much. The personal attention, compassion, patience, professionalism, and quality of care Jeff's team provided was above and beyond. Jeff's Visiting Angels brought fresh energy, faith, and joy to our life. My grandfather was treated with the utmost respect and he grew to trust his angels, even allowing them to bathe him. He always felt respected and deeply cared for. Truly, thank you Jeff for the service that you and your dedicated team provide. I will be recommending your team to anyone who needs you.
