Vionic Shoes Crocker Park

I would like to recognize Nina at the Crocker Park store for excellent customer service. I live with post-op plantar fasciitis, and Vionic s is the only shoes that give me peace. Thank you for making my customer experience so pleasurable, nina!

Save yourself and go to a different store!! The customer service here is TERRIBLE!! There is a female associate that works there, that is completely rude. She didn't even want to wait on me. She didn't want to bother with going in the back and looking for shoes for me, so she took me in the backroom and showed me the ones that would be my size and left me back there to find my shoes. She also proceeded to tell me that my size is in high demand and there are hundreds of girls that come in every week and buy that size. I have never been to a store of that stature and had to look for my own shoes and feel belittled. I was so upset, I was holding back tears. I ened up leaving with NO shoes. So save yourself and go somewhere else!!

Great place to buy good quality shoes. however I bought a pair of boots that were similar to the shoes I bought but a different name brand. I had to return them because they were a little tight in the toe box area. The salesman couldn’t believe my reasoning of them being too tight. I did however got my money back but feel reluctant to shop there again. For the amount of money one spends on shoes here, no argument should happen.

Had previously had a great experience with a gentleman who works at this location. Went in recently and felt uncomfortable with a female associate at the store. Customer service needs improvement. Shoes are great. I recommend going to a different location.

We just left Vionic Store in Crocker Park and I just want to say how wonderful the store manager Diana was! She was so helpful, friendly, and very informative! We just love her! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
