Village at Towne Square

I moved here during the summer time, and I was nervous about the Suitland area because of what you see on the news. This neighborhood is very quiet in my opinion. There is a senior citizen apartment complex nearby. There is a seating area, volleyball court, outdoor workout station, school nearby I have no issues with noises or neighbors. I feel safe going to the nearby stores. I am glad that I moved here.

New townehomes in Suitland that are helping revitalize the community. Located a short walking distance from Suitland Metro and only minutes driving distance from downtown DC. Great professional working class newcomers residing in these townehomes are valuable assets to the community. The addition of complimentary retail/restaurant businesses along with a cultural arts theatre and hotel will bring economic prosperity.
