We wanted information about a cruise for 6 adults and 3 children and since there were 15 minutes left before closing, they did not assist us. They said that if it was for something long we should come back another time, without asking what we wanted. Maybe they could have given us a brochure or something to look at, but they preferred to cut us off quickly. I understand that they do not want to exceed their working hours, but a little more sympathy and interest would not have been superfluous. I thought that in Soria I would receive more personal treatment, but I will have to hire him in Madrid. I will not come back.

Excellent agency and excellent treatment 100% recommended Yolanda is a wonderful person and if she has to stay with you more minutes after her schedule she will stay. I always go for my trip and it's super good
