Vail Valley Ace Hardware

They had what I was looking for and also a great selection for a small town hardware store. When I called on the phone to ask about a bucket of drywall mud the fellow didn't even answer the phone saying that it was Ace Hardware. He just said yeah. When I asked four buckets of drywall mud he said yeah I think we sell them in little cans or something. Not great customer service for an Ace Hardware. He finally got somebody on the phone to help me and they were what I expect for an Ace Hardware person.

Great customer service from all the staff, i’ve been in there twice this week. Owner help me find something both times. Best Ace in the country!

Made a trip there for CO2 cartridge for soda maker. The helpful guy there said you have to bring in an empty in order to exchange a new one. Never had an issue at other stores with just buying a new one, paying the deposit and then returning the old ones at a later date. Thanks for the extra drive to town for nothing!

It's not the easiest place to find for an out of towner. They did have what I needed, and for the same price as my local Ace. Cashier was friendly.

Above and beyond customer service--thank you Kyler and Oscar for helping me to get back on the road! I've always had good experience at local Ace Hardware stores and this is the kind of care and service that you just can't get from one of the big box stores. Vail is lucky to have you.
