Ushuaia Airport

We arrived in Ushuaia in October to see the end of the world .What a fantastic place. we went onthe bus trip to see the penguins I cannot speak highly enough of the bus tour to see those little fellows. the boat tours was not having much luck to see penguins but we went via bus .all of the places we visited were very good it was very cold but we loved everything

Is a special feeling to land at the southernmost city of the world. The view from the air is breathtaking and it gives you a special mood before landing. No public transportation from the airport to the city but the taxis are not expensive ($5-$6) to get at your exact destination

Quaint, small, beautiful! The police friendly however, very professional & serious. Everyone working there are helpful. The only problem is the speaker system is very inaudible and the gate process confusing. Boarding process only had one person with no microphone. He had to come out and line everyone up... 😡

A but surprisingly good connected airport that has everything you need like a small shop where you can buy food and some souvenir shops. The only downside is that there is no public transport to the city. So either you take a taxi or you have to be picked up by your accommodation. Taxi's are not that expansive and use a meter.

Worlds southermost commercial aeroport. Well maintained. The landing is so much fun ✌️
