Tutor Time of Apple Valley

I love tutor time! I always watch my baby girl on the live cam 24/7. They are great with her. She loves going to daycare and is always happy to be there. They are flexible, caring and clean. I highly recommend (I was surprised by its low rating when we interviewed places, but wasn't concerned after the tour/consult!) This place was the most flexible for 1x a week care and was the most affordable.

Pulled my babe after the first 3 days. Laid out an email to the director, trying my best to keep a straight forward, objective, good tone so my message would hopefully be received as feedback. I let her know we would be terminating services immediately because of the multiple issues experienced in just 3 days (couple examples- feeding my 5mo a food she hadn't tried yet, messaging me medical information meant for another parent in my baby's class). No response. No apology. No professionalism. It was, however, validating I was making the right decision. I get customer service can be hard for people. I get human errors happen. It's just disappointing to have so many terrible experiences packed into one week, in such an important role... caring for our babies...

I am not the type of person to ever leave reviews but with my very brief interaction here I felt like I should. I have worked at a daycare, so I always refrain from quick judgements about daycares because I understand issues from both perspectives. I showed up for a scheduled tour and my first impression when walking in was it looked filthy in the entry way. I rang the door bell a total of four times and waited twelve minutes, no one came to open the door or meet me for the tour. I could hear kids outside so I walked to the side of the building to try and get a workers attention. I yelled “excuse me” multiple times to the workers and maybe the workers couldn't hear me but it felt like they were ignoring me, sitting on there phones as well and the only interactions that I saw with kids was them yelling at the kids. I walked back inside and rang the doorbell one more time, again no one came so I decided to leave. Walking out the building I could hear one of the workers outside say to the other “oh they are leaving”. So they were choosing to ignore me. I would never send my kid here, it was a complete was of my time and I have never been so dis interested in a childcare center.

Very nice staff and teachers! My daughter had a great learning experience. She qualified for early Kindergarten because of what she learned here. The Center Director karen , ADJennifer and each of the teachers are very caring. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you Tutor Time staff for taking care of our daughter so well!

We have had a wonderful experience with Tutor Time in Apple Valley. The staff in the infant room is exceptional, and our daughter has been so happy there. She has grown and learned so much, and that is because of the great care and curriculum. It is also very obvious how much the staff care about her, and enjoy watching her grow. I highly recommend Tutor Time (Apple Valley) to anyone who is looking for a caring and personable staff, great curriculum program and having a happy child!
