Tradehome Shoes

I came in because walking hurt my foot. Chris solved my problem and demonstrated how to care for my new shoes. I’ve been walking in these shoes for an hour and my foot pain is incredibly almost gone, and my ankle feels better too! Tradehome shoes improved my health; now I can increase my # of steps each day. I will be back again soon and I won’t hesitate to ask for his help. Thank you!

I am disabled and have had both feet reconstructed. I went in and asked for arch supports. The sales person picked 2 pair out for me and I asked 2 times for a size 10. I asked a second time and the salesperson and he told me again that they were for a size 10. When I got home they were for a size 5 to 6 and 1/2. Wrong. I sized them up a n d they were way too small for my shoe and feet. Now I have to drive 1 and 1/2 hours 1 way to exchange them for the right size. The person who reassured me was in the Brainerd store in from the Dulu t h store. He said he was the manager up there. Boy x I cannot imagine such a?????!!! Person being to?????!! .

Definitely a great experience in this store! The manager and employees were super nice, and even though we got there a little bit close to closing time we did not feel rushed at all! They helped us find what we were looking for and I got exactly what I wanted! They have a large variety of shoes and I definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for new shoes!

We went this weekend and it was very busy. However the manager and employee were so helpful, kind and respectful to all. It was such a change from other places I’ve been recently. The sales associate even made small talk with my kids, sized their feet and tried to teach them to tie. Well done!
