My 3rd visit was on Monday for CHR transmission oil change, when i got there at around 3:30pm the technician miguel inform me about their policy for the condition for oil change due to the color loks more like engine oil, i except and he continue with the service. The real story came down on my parr. Open the wallet and looking for my card to pay the bill, surprice me it was not there, looking for cash and enough to cover a little over 50% of the bill, continue talking and explaining Angel about my situation and told him i need to cross the border to get more cash and ill see him in the morning. He trusted me enough to take it home. The very next day i went back to see Angle with the balance that i owe with a dozen donuts to show my appriciation for the trust that he gave me. Im very surprise but im thankful for the trust in me, very had to find that here in TJ.
Now, i gain a friend and a trused dealer for my Suv service. Ill inform all my friends that has toyota to bring it diwn here and ask for Angel / Miguel. Angel, i hope you dont get in trouble from your boss or the owner, guys this is the kind off employee that you all need to hire.

We've been trying to sell our suburban to the Toyota Dealerahip for 2 days now. The first day we got a really low offer. We got a quote from Chevy that was higher than theirs, but they treated us so coldly that we decided to bring our business back to Toyota and ask them to match Chevy's offer. They said they maybe could but that they needed manager approval and the manager wasn't there. (At 5:00pm when supposedly he leaves at 6) They said we could meet with him the next day. (Today) We came back today at 9:45am and were told the manager still wasn't there. The manager never showed up at all. No one knows the answers to anything, so each question we ask goes through like four people. Long story short, we've been here two days in a row for hours waiting for an answer they knew we wouldn't get but kept us here anyway. We're pretty sure they never intended to give us a better deal, but rather were just wearing us down to take the lowball offer they gave us to begin with. It worked. After four hours just today of everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off, we're taking the money, leaving, and not coming back.
They don't return calls or enserwer the calls .the worse service I have seen .in my life n .is s toyota.dealer.wa.ooo.i wonder how they do there repairs.in cars.i call n they don't know anything..about cars...
