Toyota Celaya

Poor customer service. I shouldn't beg for a service that has been advertised on their website. Lack of knowledge of their own promotions and misunderstanding of policies. Miscommunication between the appointments, service, and parts departments. They are unwelcoming imported vehicles from the United States but, their screen inside the dealership brag about all the awards received there. Maybe I'm so spoiled by my service advisors in North Carolina but definitely they treat me like an important part of their business, like family.
