I love this place, specially the girl who attended me

I arrived on time for my appointment (they have a 5 minute tolerance policy - Perfect). After waiting 20 minutes, they told me that the person who would assist me was not going to arrive, without explanation, nothing. My options wait 40 more minutes to be attended or reschedule. Fatal lack of respect for other people's time.
