Timberline Glamping at Huntsville

We had a great time. The tent was beautiful. It was my grandson's birthday and he loved his surprise We did a little hike and the view was amazing. Will definitely stay again. We saw several deer and the kids were really excited. The tent was exactly as shown in pictures.

This was a super fun experience. It made camping so easy for our young family. The tent was roomy and the heater made a big difference. The beds were comfortable and having a coffee maker was the icing on the cake! We will rent from Timberline again. Love supporting a Christian company!

The king bed was soo comfortable!! Not at all like the ones in many hotels. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kids loved the bunk beds. While we were there the state had a burn ban due to drought so no 🔥 which was a bummer but not anyone’s fault. The first night it was actually raining, (it was good bc of the drought). I thought for times like this it would have been nice to have a small microwave. That would have been the only thing to make it a little better. Not sure if I would have thought that if not for the rain!! Great time had by all 5 of us. We look forward to trying out another one of their locations!💜

Never thought I'd say this about a campsite, but our place was spotlessly clean and cozy. The tent seemed like it was brand new, no mold (unlike state park yurts we have stayed in) and we never felt too cold or hot with the remote-controlled HVAC unit. The refrigerator held quite a bit of food. The beds were comfortable with pillowy duvet covers. Location #42 was a very short walk to the bathroom with a shortcut trail right behind it to the play structures and bathrooms. The park has a great variety of trails for different skill levels. There's a really nice playground, too. Overall a great experience, highly recommend.

The glamping experience was awesome! Spent one night on Monte Sano, Timberline was very helpful getting things set up for me. The tent was incredible, very clean and just gorgeous! Enjoyed the atmosphere, the provided games and decor, the hammocks outside, and the private covered porch. It was so nice to just pick up and go camping without having to do more than pack and un-pack a suitcase, and throw some things from the fridge in a cooler. I spent a wonderful night on a comfy bed in air-conditioned comfort and ate fresh fruit I had stored in the mini-fridge for breakfast along with eggs cooked over the campfire. Enjoyed staring at the beautiful trees while rocking in my hammock. Took several pilgrimages to the bathroom at night and in the morning, and my dog loved sniffing everything. There was space for his large crate and all the luggage inside the tent, and still plenty of space to move around. All of the fun of camping with none of the hassle. Note - you are still camping. A deer ran through our camp, and we had some mice and spiders come visit us in the night - make sure you zip up your luggage and secure your food (normal camping precautions) and you'll be fine. No TV or microwave, but hey, it's glamping! There was electricity, A/C / Heat, a small trashcan, coffee maker, great interior lighting in the tent, exterior lighting around the hammocks at night, and a ceiling fan, and miles of hiking trails to explore. Loved it!!! Will definitely visit again!!!
