I had a white blouse that had dark blue spots all over from the inside of a suede leather jacket. I thought about trying to get it out myself, but decided to let tide cleaners take care of it professionally. They did a fantastic job in getting my blouse back to Pure White. I was very impressed and excited.
The staff were very friendly. They had my doctor’s white coat ready in less than 24 hours. I will definitely return to this location. Excellent service!
After the dry cleaner I have used for years is no longer in business, I came to Tide Cleaners. The fact that my suit jackets and wool coats look better than when they were first purchased is not even the best part. My cleaning was completed in less than 24 hours! It was amazing! Will be returning for sure!

Never expected it, so it was a pleasant surprise. Having the right management in the right place and proper communication can make all the difference in retaining loyal customers. I thought this was going to be my go to Cleaners, but not after they made a pair of white dress shorts (new/never worn) worse than what they were before I brought them in to this Cleaners. Had planned on wearing them to an event.
I brought them in to have some dye removed that had transferred from being next to a pair of black shorts I had in my closet. The first time I attempted to picked them up, the dye was not removed AND I had additional spots on my white shorts that appeared to look like rust spots. They were not on my shorts when I dropped them off. So, they offered to try remove the dye again and the additional spots they added.
Second attempt to pick up my shorts…still had the dye (somewhat better) and the rust looking spots were still there with additional spots added. At this point, I’m like WTH is happening here?!? They offered to try again. How does a Cleaners that is supposed to clean your clothes, add additional stains to your clothes? This was the first for me.
Third time visiting this Cleaners to pick up my shorts, hoping this would the last time. Well, it was my last time to ever use this Cleaners as the dye and additional spots were still there. I talked to the young man about getting a refund and he said he couldn’t do it at the time and to call back on Monday or Tuesday so he could talk to the manager about the refund. Technically, I should get the cost I paid for the shorts, because I can’t wear them now.
I waited to call Tuesday and of course no one answers the phone so I left a message with my name, number and reason for the call. No response. Called 2-3 more times, no one answers and no response to my voicemails.
I’ve worked in Customer Service for many years and I couldn’t fathom treating customers this way.
