The UPS Store

This store packed & shipped a vintage stereo receiver for me from a local auction house end of Sept. I'm not sure who exactly packed it but this person KNOWS HOW TO PACK vintage receivers. I was emailing with Amulya Sharma. So THANK YOU for the incredible packing job!

This location is a ripoff. I was charged $200 more than another UPS store location to ship the same package. I was told it was an oversized package but it was the same package, not sure how the package grew in transport from the other store. Also, the other location gave me a AAA member discount, not this location. I guess they have to get as much money as possible from customers. Hopefully the woman at the counter was just having a bad day because she was not friendly or helpful. Also, customer service was a joke. I was told I had to dispute it from the store, and they could do nothing to help.

Our locally owned store has great service! They are always helpful and very kind even under pressure.

He was so patient and kind! I am older and it was a different procedure to return my Amazon packages

Wow. This place is absolutely astonishing. Right away I walked in and was blown away by the gorgeousness of “Nolan”. He was so knowledgeable and makes the UPS store feel like such a warm and welcoming environment. He handled my boxes so well and really made me confident that my packages are in fantastic hands. As I was walking away I heard someone say “Have a nice day!” and I turned around and saw “Travis”. Travis looked like one of the nicest human beings on earth. He had a comforting smile and made me feel happy. In conclusion, this store is just spectacular, I can’t even begin to fathom how lucky we are to be able to have such an amazing place in Ames.
