The UPS Store

This is an amazing UPS location. It's clean and conveniently located, but the real stand out is the amazing staff! Whether it's Neshaun, Jimmy or any of the other friendly employees at this store, they have always gone above and beyond to take care of all my package related needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer a variety of shipping solutions. I will always prefer coming to this location for anything I need to mail!

The owner Jimmy is wonderful! He is my absolute favorite! Angela is wonderful! She is my second favorite! All of their staff are wonderful! NiShaun is awesome! Giovanna is super fantastic! Anthony is a very cool cat! Paloma is so very nice! If you need anything UPS this is the place to go! Going here is like being a part of their family! I love them!

I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons: 1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores. 2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items. 3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.

Angela, Jimmy, and crew are the "Rock Stars" of packing/shipping. I had them ship a very fragile item, and it arrived well-wrapped and perfectly intact. I was very impressed with the care and precision taken to pad all delicate areas and double-box the item. It really was one of the best packaging-jobs I have ever seen, and it is refreshing to deal with people that obviously care about doing such a good job. I highly recommend this Pack-and-Ship -- A++++

I had them pick up, pack, and ship some stuff for me from Leonard auction. I was impressed with how fast they got it all together, and everything was packed really well too. Angela was very professional.
