I tried to return an Amazon order at this store. The ladies behind the counter refused to accept my packages because they were not taped together even though they were two separate items in their sealed original packaging. They made me purchase a full roll of tape and then had me tape them together for me to be able to return them. I’m new to this area but I have never been asked to do this in years of return packages through UPS. I will now go out of my way to go to a different location.

And don't think about insurance... they are the least honorable UPS store I have ever known...

I came in today to mail a package. The worst customer service ever, lol - not even an acknowledgement from the 2 young ladies behind the counter. The first thing she said to me was my total. I came in about a year ago and had a completely different experience, it was much better. Hopefully the two young ladies behind the counter have better days ahead.
Sakar is a g(oat)🙏. He’s diligent, understanding, thorough, and incredibly helpful. This man stayed past closing to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured to leave. Keep it up 👍

The staff was knowledgeable about their products and services and went out of their way to help me find the best shipping options for my needs. The store was clean and organized, and I appreciated the convenient location and ample parking. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of shipping, printing, or other related services.
