The UPS Store

We came in to this store days before Christmas, bringing back an Amazon order. (Which we had never done before.) The owner, Therese, was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and friendly. She showed us how to properly go through the process. We had a pleasant conversation about how she taught for over 20 years. When we left she wished us well, and I instantly felt the need to write a review of her amazing customer service!

The UPS store on Chenal is a step above the rest. Alton is a super nice employee who goes above and beyond to help me and my family, individually and separately, each time we go to their location. Alton is very knowledgeable and specific about each step of what to do next with each task. Always has a smile on his face and eager to help, even when they are very busy he will stay focused on helping you until you are finished instead of jumping from customer to customer. I highly recommend this store.

I had some odd shaped items to ship. I was stressed out trying to find a box to fit. I thought why am I stressing, I’m just going to UPS. They handled it with no problem. Every time I have been there they are always so helpful and friendly.

I wanted to get my box packed better. I wanted peanuts inside and to have the box seems sealed but the lady was just non-chalant like they didn't do that. I would have paid extra. All she cared about outside of the shipping address was the amount of insurance I wanted.

Despite the fact that it was super busy (the day after Christmas) and the line of customers went out the door, every person working in the store was happy, positive, courteous, nice, professional... All of their registers were running, and It was obvious that not only our cashier Alton but the entire staff was well trained on all off the services they provide.
