The UPS Store

First off, I’m sooo glad this store is located so conveniently in Rogers whereas I would have to make the busy trip to the Bentonville location. I had the absolute BEST experience! The manager was BEYOND SWEET! And there wasn’t a line out the door, driving around praying for a parking spot, nor the crazy traffic like the Bentonville location. If you haven’t used this store, and live close in the Rogers are I promise you will not regret it! Will definitely be back!:)

Happy they finally opened. But they are not staffed appropriately. The man behind the counter said their new employees are training at the other stores and should be starting soon.

First time going to this location. After waiting 30 mins in line I left. Only one person behind the counter. The Frisco Station location is much faster.

New location which seems like a normal UPS store but nobody knows about it yet so it's not busy at all even at 5:30 on a Monday.

Great new store and kind people working there.
