Went to return Amazon packages and was told I needed to pay for labels and packages to return them. Which 3 weeks ago when I came in to do the exact same thing I did not have to pay. If that is the rules that is absolutely fine. Even if you change the rules weekly that is fine. But I do have a choice to use your store or not. And it is my choice to leave and not buy a package.
She got mad at me because she printed my labels for ‘nothing.’
Why didn’t she tell me before she printed them that I also have to pay for a package? I still don’t know. I still don’t know why I am not allowed to leave and get my own package. But I do know that she told me that I should go to Yorkville Ups instead of coming back to Sugar Grove. Why someone would get that mad about a piece of paper is beyond me.
Needed to return 4 pieces of equipment from DIRECTV. Went into the store and the Staff was very friendly and nice. They said that they work with dIRECTV on returning equipment. So they scanned my equipment and gave me a reference number and a copy of the 4 equipment serial numbers. They said that’s all I need and that they’ll box up and ship at a latter time.
A month later dIRECTV only received one piece of equipment and want to charge me for the other 3. So I call the store for the tracking numbers of each peace of equipment. The young girl that answered was not very friendly and not very helpful. She told me that they don’t have tracking numbers. I said why not, and that I had a reference number that you gave me a month ago. She said there’s nothing she can do and for me to to call DirecTV. With whom I just got off the phone with for two hours. And they wanted tracking info.
This place might just have 1 bad apple but they should have tracking numbers recorded if they box and shipped an item.
