The UPS Store

I've been a customer of this store for about 20 years. It's always a good experience but today Matt and Will were exceptional. I needed to return a fairly large mirror to Amazon. I had the packing materials and was unable to pack it myself at home. So I hauled the packing materials and mirror to my local UPS store. Matt and Will undertook the task to pack the mirror. It was not an easy job. However, the whole time, they were friendly, courteous, and conscientious. They did a great job and solved my problem. Their attitudes turned a challenging situation into a very pleasant situation.

Failed to inform me they did not ship with USPS anymore. Charged me for UPS and I didn't find out until I got home

I have shipped fragile, extremely expensive camera equipment many times with Andrew and he always makes sure my items will arrive safe. Honestly the whole team here is friendly, thorough and efficient. I drive 20 miles just to come here. Best UPS store in the metro by far!

6/8/21 around 1PM- the guy that answered was extremely rude and condescending. I called to ask about how the Amazon returns worked, and he kept repeating "if you check your receipt it will tell you..." What if I couldn't read or had bad eyes? Don't assume you know people and we're just inadequate. Fix your customer service behavior instead of projecting on others. Actually, I read my receipt, and it did not say that, which is why I called in the first place. He treated me like a dummy, and should not be answering the phone with that attitude. I simply asked if the package that UPS sent out had tracking, or if it had already been sent out. If he actually listened to my question and spent less time being authoritative, then it would have gotten 5 stars. I will not be using them again for returns.

Drove all the way over to this location only to be told their scanners were down to return any Amazon pkgs! Then was told to go to the plaza area which was out of my way. Nothing else was given as an alternative and 1 cust rep just sat there staring never asking If I needed assistance upon entering. This happens alot at this location, never really get great customer service here on Brookside.
