DO NOT RETURN AMAZON PACKAGES HERE! I have been going to this location for years, manly to do Amazon returns. There is often a line and the business hours don't always align with my needs, but the location is convenient. I visited the store on 9/18/23 and there was a new employee named Musa. He scanned my Amazon packages to return but didn't give me a receipt, so stopped him and requested one. On 9/19/23 I was back in to return some clothes to Amazon. Musa was working again. I noticed he scanning things very quickly, haphazardly really, and throwing the items behind him. He wasn't weighing anything and he was not scanning the barcodes the same way I was use to seeing other employees do it. I stopped Musa and said, are you sure this is right? Pointing out the steps he missed that I assumed were needed as it had always been done that way in the past. I told me he was doing everything correctly, and he seemed annoyed that I questioned him. I again requested a receipt, as he didn't originally offer one. In the end, of the eight Amazon items I returned with Musa over the two days with four of them did not show up as returned with Amazon. I went into the store with my return receipts and according to David, the manager, I was told that I needed to contact Amazon customer service. Have you ever tried to contact a live human at Amazon it's difficult and time consuming. Honestly, this was not Amazon's fault. It was poor training at this UPS store location and employee who didn't really care.

This is my worst experience ever. I was here at 6.15 to take out prints and ship it right away as he was explaining me with all the options BUT as soon as it clocked 6.30. He said, you can take your papers, I need to close and straight up walked away. I was shocked. Wow, I understand the value of time but I was in the store and it was not like, I walked in after 6.30! Anyways, such behaviors need to be addressed.

Excellent experience. I needed to return a product, and the UPS store associate guided me quickly. I was in and out of the store in three minutes. Total success.

I''m from out of town but was not expecting to be charged 4 dollars for a printout of a .pdf that I emailed them with a shipping label. UPS already makes money from shipping and then they want to charge customers on top of that for 1 sheet with their label? This happened on 5/19 at 6pm. The long bearded guy was rude and wanted to dismiss me as soon as possible. He didn't want me to watch him put tape on my box so he rudely told me to leave and he'd take care of taping my box

The older guy working there told me to “go online and write about my lousey service”, so here I am. Although I did not appreciate him putting his hands on everything in my box without asking to or telling me why, I wasn’t feeling like I had to write any sort of review of services until then. Thanks.
