I have been going to this UPS store for at least 4 years. Not one single issue. The staff is always courteous, professional, and provide EXCELLENT customer service. This place is awesome. I give them kudos for often dealing with ill-prepared, arrogant, rude, and entitled customers. Lord knows, they handle those folks better and much friendlier than I could. So thank you for what you do! You are all appreciated.

I had a great experience with Abby! I was expecting to walk in and face the normal apathetic attitude that most packaging places have, but Abby delivered 5 star service. I was given instructions on how to mail out the title but they weren’t clear so I had to ask Abby a few questions. She didn’t act frustrated or annoyed that I didn’t know how to ship out my title. Instead she was pleasant and very helpful! Give this girl a raise! I’d come back just to work with her.

Be very alert when you drop off things here! Make sure you look at the confirmation printout they give you and look it over well to see if it is correct! I dropped off two Amazon returns here and they only gave me one receipt. I even asked why I'm not getting two, one for each package. The person behind the counter lied straight to my face and said "both confirmations are on there." The next day I looked at it, and sure enough, only one was on there. Stupid me, trusted the liar! And sure enough, only one package was showing "in-transit" in my Amazon account. When I called the store to ask them to give me a proof of shipping, I was told they can't do that. Sounds like I will have to file a police report for theft. The liar and thief either has a nice new pair of hiking boots to either wear or sell, and the store mangement doesn't give a d@mn. Stay away from this place!

I been getting my mail delivered here for over three years now ... if you're expecting to get your mail here ... don't! These folks are incompetent, and if that were not bad enough they're arrogant and bumptious too! They've put notices in my mail box, and sent me notices via email regarding said notice, and then when I get there to pick up the package, the notice is in the mailbox ... but there is no package for me to pick up. Additionally, they've lost my mail; and they've given me other people's mail. God forbid you call them out on their incompetence, because then they get all punchy! Like it's criminal to expect them to handle your mail in a competent manor. On my most recent visit, they sent me three emails saying I have three different packages to pick up ... the tracking numbers from the folks who sent me the packages stated they had been delivered, the UPS Store sent 3 confirmations saying there was 3 different packages to pick up, but there was only one notice in the mailbox saying I had a package that needed picking up. So after cajoling with the manager, sure enough he found the other two packages, I was emailed about. Nevertheless, i had to kiss his six to get him to do what he should have done in the first place, had he been paying attention to detail. Aside from that, I found someone else's mail in my box. When i brought that guys mail, some correspondence from a medical facility, back into the store, they apologized to me. Well I'm not the one who had been inconvenienced, so I told him not to apologize to me, apologize to the guy who's mail you placed in my mail box. That was when he began running his mouth ... apparently the folks running this UPS store don't realize they just violated the HIPPA Act regarding the protection of people's medical records. Likewise, they neglect to acknowledge that its a federal offense to tamper with the mail. By being lackadaisical, and giving me that guys mail, in effect that was exactly what they done. A responsible person would have just nodded their head and acknowledged they screwed the pooch; but not the folks at this UPS Store ... they got to get uppity about it! Like I said its been three years or better since I started getting my mail at the UPS store on Powers & Constitution and it's getting progressively worse. Sometimes if you have packages to pick up, they only have one person on staff; so you wait in line for 20 or 30 minutes, while folks who aren't mail box owners get their printing or shredding needs done, get their notary business done or mail packages. It was a good deal when I started, but I would recommend you find other solutions for your mail needs. Given the incompetence that abounds at this UPS store, it's likely you'll get your identity or banking information compromised. I have come to the conclusion that I need to change my mailing address, before they screw the pooch and put me in jeopardy. It's all one big joke to these folks. They could care less about the security of your mail, espousing that kind of attitude made me finally realize the lack of wherewithal the manage and employees possess at this place. Search else where for your mail solutions ... almost anything has got to be better than the apathetic and lethargic effort you'll get from these folks.
