The UPS Store

Idiotic policies. Requiring an ID to send a shipment is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard of. I'm not shipping to my address, I'm not shipping from my address. Post office doesn't require it, ups pick up doesn't require it, ups drop off boxes don't require it. But the lousy retail store does? This means you can't ship as a business and you can't have anyone drop off a package for you. Makes a lot of sense. Simply idiotic and very inconvenient. No thanks.

I’ve been in a few times and always have Ashlynn help me. She is always nice and beyond helpful! I usually have a few things to send out and she gets it done quickly! I cannot give anyone a better review than her!

I am not usually the review type but when someone goes above and beyond I just feel it’s necessary. Ashlynn was so helpful and kind and was amazing to talk to! They have a great asset on their team.

I had to ship a package while I was out of town and stopped in was met by a very friendly staff. Ashlynn had helped me and was very polite and helpful with the whole process. The store was one of the cleanest ones I’ve been in.

I went in to the store to return 4 Amazon packages. The store was very clean and well put together! The wait was short and Ashlynn was very attentive to my needs! She was also very patient with me!
