The UPS Store

I went to store on Dundee Road yesterday to return Dyson vacuum with printed barcode. The kid, told me that that barcode was wrong. I called Dyson and asked the right barcode or return label. They emailed me. And I asked the kid if I can return the vacuum. He said, I have to print it. I was like can you just scan or print. He said NO. I left and went to Glenview Store. Asked the same thing. This time worker offered me to print barcode and label. And finally I was able to return the vacuum. I didn’t have to visit two store to do same thing. I didn’t even asked something that they can not do. Please do not spend people time and effort. Don’t t go to Dundee Store go to any Glenview Store. They are way more helpful and best customer service. Thanks to The Ups Store #2157 !!!

Stay away from here if you want to keep your information safe. The female Manager was really rude and demanded my phone number and Email address to ship a package. No where on the UPS website is it stated as required. The manager cancelled the sale and told me that it was my fault for not wanting to give away personal information. I do not give out info because I have been hacked 6x from companies like UPS in the last 2 years.

UPS store in Glenview is a super convenient way to return all of your Amazon purchases. You don’t need to package your returns, just come ready with a QR code from Amazon and the items themselves. The staff is super friendly and very fast to process returns. I have found that this is the quickest & easiest way to return your Amazon purchases!

I had to ship three large pictures and Yvette was amazing - she found the best way to ship. When the freight company couldn't call my number (some weird internal issue). I called Yvette and she trouble shot and made sure it would be delivered and call me back to give me the info. Totally above and beyond my expectations. Very grateful for her service and wonderful attitude. She is awesome!

I came today to the UPS Store on Waukegan Road in Glenview, Illinois to return ATT equipment. I was asked if I had my ATT account number which I had forgotten. When I told the clerk this, he immediately told me he could not take these returns. He was direct and offered no other options, just a flat 'no we can't do it.' I went to a second UPS Store and they never asked me for my account number. They took my name and processed the return in less than 3 minutes. Why would policies be practiced so differently in stores of the same organization? The Glenview store gets one star while the other store (Located in Libertyville, Il) gets five stars.
