Tis the season. I realize we are tired and weary this time of year. But this location could really use some training on customer service. One employee in particular that I have ran into on 3 separate occasions. I have witnessed her being rude to customers and also cuss at the other employees. I am shocked at this behavior. I am very understanding of the stress levels around this time of year and being short staffed but this is uncalled for. If I knew of another location I would definitely try it to see if the service was better.

I will do everything I can do avoid this location in the future. There is zero customer service, and I think everybody that was in the store with me tonight would agree. I get that it’s getting close the holidays and I am sure this store gets very busy, but that is no excuse to be short with customers, rude, or throwing packages (yes, literally throwing) to the side in frustration. I have so much empathy for front facing retail employees during this time of year typically, but the way this female employee treated us tonight just because we were missing the original box to our package is not okay. Not one time did we act inconvenienced or upset that we couldn’t do our return. Either get your employees more support during the busy times or do some customer service training with them…

After checking with UPS about shipping a bottle of whiskey to my father-in-law and being told the UPS has a liquor license and can I drive over a half hour to do just that and get told that UPS and there Branches are entirely separate companies and their branchs and offices are not licensed to ship any form of alcoholic products and that the only way you can do that is going directly to UPS and then proceeded to not explain to me what that even means like I was at UPS. But I'm being told that UPS and UPS is two separate companies which makes no freaking sense like are they telling me that there's different UPS companies or are they saying something else? I don't get it because they literally said that UPS and UPS are two separate companies and now I have to go to UPS to ship the bottle to my father-in-law. I know this is kind of a long rant, but that makes absolutely no freaking sense whatsoever. So I guess I'll start doing business with FedEx if UPS wants to be so bloody confusing

Give me your poor, your tired, your huddled masses. I was just there and left. The line was 12 people and they kept coming. I had actually gotten up to the counter once, and the person said he couldn't wait on me because his boss told him to check in some packages that were behind the counter. When I left to go fetch the address in my car that I left behind, the line became so long people were gathered in a group at the end of the line. I took my package over to the side and pulled up a chair for computer users waiting until the line thinned. After I saw four more people join the line, I knew my destiny was not here, not today. On previous visits, I notice that the counter people are burned out. They are more like machines trying to take in as many packages as they can and there's no time for personal interaction. I can't be sure, but I'm betting that they are taking in returns, mostly from Amazon. I don't know if people are aware there are other options. Today and the time before, I had to park toward the end of the parking lot and behind a building on the other side of the store. There are huge handicap spots taking up close to half of the real estate in front of this store. That's another story and not the responsibility of this store. I have an expensive item that needs to be packed, insured, and shipped. I am unsure that this store could get this item out the door in a timely manner since they are inundated with packages and customers. I will avoid this store at all costs in the future. The thing is, it's not even the fault of the store. Its central location and the high number of items being returned are just overwhelming this location. The one star has to do with the experience and nothing to do with the store.

Such a sad decline in customer service since I moved to Peoria approximately 5 years ago. I ship a lot of packages since I sell albums on Amazon, and prior to whatever change in ownership has occurred, the people before were amazing, hustling and bustling people through, always maintaining a cheerful and helpful attitude, going that extra step. Now the place is full of rude, churlish, smart aleck employees who act as if it's a burden to even be there. The place is dirty, messy, and disorganized. What a shame.
