Have been using this location for a year and have always had a great experience, until today. None of the friendly familiar faces are there. Was returning items to Amazon Prime (return shipping is free w/membership) and the employee charged me $4 for 2 pieces of their computer paper for her to use as labels. I’m always willing to pay for supplies but $4 for 2 sheets of paper? Wondering if the store is under new ownership because this was a totally different experience, and not in a good way.
Worker would not take my Amazon return because it "didn't have the label" despite Amazon specifically stating that their returns don't need a label and that UPS will print it at the store.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The people working there are so incredibly rude! Unfortunately, this location is so close to my home. I will be going to Kohls from now on.
Worst, pathetic experience I ever got and totally unexpected from one of the top mailing service. Such a laziest individual walking around the store skipping customers and work too. Need better training to receive customers to handle situations rather than passing away. UPS should close this location or get new staff onboard. As a customer I expect better experience regardless of business we do.
What a great addition to the area! I can't tell you how many times I've put off taking Amazon returns in because I just don't have time to make the drive all way across town. Now I don't have to go far at all! Everyone in Dunlap/North Peoria will be pleased about this location! The decor is brand new--the space is set up nicely--and the staff is friendly and helpful! Welcome to the neighborhood store #7532! ;-)
