The UPS Store

Sorry for the inconvenience, this is the manager of the UPS Store in Hinsdale. We are currently short staffed and are working to get the hours changed on google through corporate. Chrissy is the best! She is so helpful and she goes the extra mile to make sure that packages are delivered correctly. She solved all my frustrating delivery problems, she is so sweet and very kind. Chrissy does a phenomenal job and I will definitely stick to this UPS store!

Employee Amanda is very rude and extremely disrespectful! Has absolutely no customer service skills. She yelled at me when I asked for her name she didn't respond and ignored me. So I asked her co worker and she told me. Not sure is that is even called for so she proceed to make rude remarks after I let her know I was going to corporate, she told me to do so and she did not care. Her co worker even has to tell her to calm down. Again extremely uncalled for and that looks bad on your company since she is representing your name. Amanda needs another customer service training because its clear she has absolutely no people or customer service skills.

Package delivered to our house for someone who has not lived here for a couple years. Tried to give it to a UPS driver who would not take it. Took to UPS store. They wrote return to sender. The package was delivered again. Second visit to store. They would not take it and tried to charge me for redelivery and claimed as they are only a UPS franchise I should call UPS for help. No attempt was made to track via the bar code to see who had sent it.

Love this store, will continue to use this location for all my shipping needs Chrissy is phenomenal, friendly, professional, loves her job and it shows. Thank you for all you do Merry Christmas Chrissy
