There is organized crime going on here with packages not being delivered but being marked as delivered. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life from UPS. When I went into this store to receive help after all these errors online with claims all the clerk did was give me the customer service number that I could get from my cell phone at home, she didn’t even give me the warehouse number or any other info. I hope UPS goes out of business because expensive packages get stolen way too often and probably from the delivery people. It won’t “process” my claim online and nobody will help me when I call the error number, all I get is a robot that hangs up after pretending to help. This is a dystopian “smart city” nightmare.

This location is very poorly managed. The online print system is an outdated mess and often down for days at a time. Because of this you'll have to wait much longer than you think to get a simple print job completed. The staff are nice -- it's not their fault the business procedures are poor -- but they seem to not all have permissions to complete all tasks if they are not a manager. Therefore when the manager is out, the on-site employee has to call the manager to get instruction on how to do the tasks they were not trained to complete. This has happened to me multiple times. After months of giving them chances to change my opinion, I've taken my business to a FedEx store closer to my establishment.

I've used this location a few times, it's busy but no problem. Today I needed to send a package back. They emailed me a shipping label but I didn't realize I actually had to print it out. Their in-store guess print was down so in order for them to simply print the label for me, it was a $5 charge. Five dollars to print one piece of paper. What the hell happened to just normal service

BE WARNED!!! I went in to ship a package, had a pre-paid label in my email. They tried to charge me $2.50-5.00 just to print the label. This is not posted anywhere in store. An employee contacted the store manager (per my request to see the policy), the store manager referred the employee to a small card with a graphic design, that was sitting in the back office. Stay away from this store, they're sketch.

I went to this location to have a petition notarized and print a document. The woman I was welcomed by told me I was able to receive both services and gave me options for the printing. I paid to use a self service computer for 10 mins. I was in use and put my attention to a personal device to email something to myself to print off and the computer kicked me off with time to spare. I asked if I could be logged back on and the gentleman who stated he was the manager, was very unfriendly and had awful customer service skills regarding this simple matter. When I confronted him about his behavior, he became defensive and even more condescending. I asked for the manager and owners name, which he shared two names that I couldn’t verify were accurate. I asked for direct contact to the owner and he stated I “can just email the store.” I asked if he has access to the email account and he stated yes, and I responded with “how do I know the owner will see it it without you deleting it first?” He just stated he wouldn’t do that. He offered to print a form out for me but stated he didn’t have an employee present to notarize my petition. When I told him the woman told me she could, he then said “oh, well then okay.” I asked, “why would you lie,” he again became defensive and told me I was not allowed to get my petition notarized. I asked if he was refusing me service and he stated, “yes, due to being disruptive.” I paid for my copies and left. Before leaving, the gentleman (David) who told me he was the manager also said to me I should use another store if I don’t like his service. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint against the franchise as I hope they would offer better customer skills training for employees.
