The UPS Store

I was in and out easily because I was conducting a regular transaction I'm used to. There was a woman in the store clearly confused. The only people that attempted to help her as far as I saw were myself and another customer. I wasn't able to help her and I'm not sure the person at the counter could have either but the customer was clearly confused so treating her with a little compassion and maybe providing her some suggestions might have been nice on the part of the employee. He just stood blank faced (bored) and stared at her. It's the best location for me and I'll continue to go here.

They make their own rules and charge to print you a label when you select the free drop off with Amazon, stating that all you need to do is bring your item in the manufacturers original packaging, and The UPS Store will print, package, and ship it back for you. No they don't, they'll charge you $1.50 per printed label. C'mon, stop making it more difficult for people and do the right thing, honoring what consumers are advised when they select to use your store. Go to Kohl's, they make it easy and are WAY more pleasant to interact with. Really frustrating.

As a company, UPS does the bare minimum. It's nearly impossible to speak to a customer representative. It'll just hang up on you. Furthermore, they charge extra to keep the package at the facility for you to pick up instead of having it delivered by a driver. I'll be avoiding using UPS if at all possible.

Was assisted by Rain today who was so kind. Really great customer service from her - she got me in and out quickly.

Notary kid NOT HELPFUL, unfriendly and more than likely a waste of time like it was for me. Not a problem solver just merely takes orders and money. Overall unfiendly business practices!
