The UPS Store

This is really more a review of UPS as a company but this is my local location. Tried to redirect a package on their website experiencing technical difficulties. Tried calling 800 pick ups got directed back to web, called ups store, they said call pickups, told them I tried that already they gave me another number to call, service rep said they couldn't help me need to talk to technical support. Tech support told me contact sender. Company full of folks that can't help you and waste your time. Will use any other shipper when given the opportunity from this day forward.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I cannot thank enough to this store. I had to do last minute notary and ship an overnight document. Thanks to this UPS Store. These people provide great service. I have come in to this store few times within a month and have noticed that new management are doing really great. I do highly recommend this store to anyone.

The customer service here is wonderful. Ashley is the best, for the last year I have been going to this store and every time, Ashley takes care of me. I often need a little extra help and she’s always given it without making me feel incompetent. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, not here! She even entertained my baby while I finished getting a project together in the store.

I have UPS store conveniently located a few minutes from my house. But I came to this UPS store to ship a delicate piece of Art Work few days ago. I was super nervous but the lady packed the Art Work, answered every single questions and shipped it. The package arrived at its destination safely. I am super happy with the services. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I come into the UPS store almost every single day over at this location.Tracy and Ashley are always here, always helpful, and more than patient with me as I usually have numerous packages being returned at a time. I cannot speak on the store as a whole, but I can speak on these girls behalves that they are amazing workers, and show up everyday ready to do the best! Thank you ladies so much for all you do!!
