I was really pleased with the welcome I received from the associate when I came to your office. After receiving me with a smile and attention, she gave me a goodbye that was truly worthy of someone who really wants to see her client again. Thank you to her for this character trait that everyday America needs.

I wasn’t asked to complete this review, but it is needed. I have a total of 3 UPS stores within 15-minute radius of me, and this one is one of the 3. This one is the best. Their employees are consistently polite and they have little carts for when you have heavy or multiple packages. This location is also open seven days a week, which is even better. I go out of my way to go to this one over the one in South Holland, about 7 minutes from my house.

I just went there to return a couple items for Amazon and I am so glad I found one closer to us instead of going all the way to 45 near Indianapolis boulevard. She explained everything had great customer service and even helped me out. I'm always coming back to this UPS store for now on. 5 stars!!

Trustworthy and respectful. Every time I walk into a UPS store the staff is very polite and courteous. And I have never had a damaged package whether receiving or shipping a package. I 100% recommend UPS to family and friends.

This thee worst BLACK OWNED business located in Northwest Indiana. I have been to this location several times and it is always the owner the older black lady that I have an issue with. The other staff members have been great. My last visit to this location was to use their print services in order to print tickets. The owner ordered me to pre-pay for prints prior to printing them. I asked the owner Shay to look at the tickets I needed to print so she could advise me on the number of pages that would print so I could pay because I only needed to print tickets not the receipt of the ticket purchase. She said ok and she allowed me to use the computer because she didn’t know how many pages she should charge me for either. I proceeded to use the computer to print my tickets. The computer would not allow me to download the tickets or print them. I asked for the black lady Shay to assist me and she came over and was unsuccessful in getting the tickets to print. She advised me to email them to her and she would print from the back. She came back up front with the 2 printed ticket receipts that I told her earlier I didn’t need and advised she couldn’t print the tickets. I called a colleague that works at Staples and sent her the ticket file she was able to download and print with no problem. I told her I would come pay and pick up my order immediately. I go to check out with the Black owner Shay and she charged me for the prints I told her I didn’t want or need and the computer usage. I told her I didn’t understand why I was being charged for prints that I didn’t not want and could not use. I told her I came in to print tickets which I could not do at her location why would I be paying for prints that I told her I didn’t want printed. She printed them from the back on her own but was forcing me to pay them. So not only did I pay for computer usage to print tickets I couldn’t print I was also forced to pay for prints I told her I did not want. I was not rude or unprofessional with this lady but if these are her every day business practices then she is scamming customers out of their money!!! I asked for the manager information thinking maybe she didn’t have the authority to make the decision that was the best thing for the customer but when I found out she was the owner and these are her practices and policies in place then it really made me feel like she is a scammer. People please beware of patronizing this Black Owned business. Their are other UPS locations in our community and I strongly suggest you support them instead. I think you have to be very careful when patronizing businesses that will scam customers. It is nothing they will not do for a buck. My transaction was all of $4. The copies were .34 cents. If this business is that hard up for cash it makes me leery of what they will and won’t do to make some money and that includes taking money from customers for services they didn’t provide. BEWARE of the little older black lady. She may scam you and take your money. I hope you will think twice before you step foot inside this location.
