The UPS Store

We’ve had UPS mailboxes in three states over 20 years, and the Firestone Store is the best! It’s exceptional in every way. The office is clean and spacious. Packaging and distribution areas are well organized and don’t block the counter or mailboxes (sometimes a problem in other stores). We can pick up our mail and packages easily. And we especially appreciate Laxmi, Ajay and their staff—all hard-working, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

I’m sold! Recently, I had a lot going on at one time. My mailbox is with UPS Firestone and they were extremely helpful in walking me through the mess I’d created for myself with outside vendors. Laxmi and Ajay were courteous and patient at all times. It all turned out great.

One of the poorer experiences I’ve ever had at a UPS location. (I usually like UPS a lot) $3 surcharge to “click a button on the computer” to open a document (to print). It’s good for prepaid Amazon packages, but be prepared to be “nickel and dollared” for anything else. And they’d rather have a bad review than comp an undisclosed charge.

Very kind and helpful service. The employees are always willing to explain the best options for shipping. I was new to shipping back products I wanted to return, and they walked me through the whole process. Thanks!

I understand that these franchisees need to mark up shipping to make a profit - however, charging 7 times the cost of making your own label online is absurd. They tried to charge me $35 to ground ship a cd box within the state of Colorado. USPS charged me $4.75. I will strictly be using this location as a drop-off, as I do not enjoy burning money.
