Fantastic experience all around. We had a notary appointment that got rescheduled a couple of times due to needing witnesses. The notary offered to make a special trip to the store in order to help us out. True, professional customer service to accommodate our schedule and needs. Will always recommend this UPS store.

I will drive out of my way to avoid this store. The manager and her employees are very rude. Amazon drop off, except to be treated poorly. Today I thought I would try them again since it is closer. They did not want to tape my box and told me I had to come back. I probably would have just bought the products to avoid driving home and doing it, but because of the rudeness of the staff I will go somewhere else from now on.

The lady who was working at the counter was extremely helpful. I never shipped a trading card through UPS and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. I appreciate them very much and will be coming back.

Woman working the day I came to send off a package to a client in Canada was one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. She joked with another employee saying, “do you know how to do an international order because I don’t know”. An unprofessional remark that made me feel uncomfortable sending a high value item. She also didn’t explain, clearly, what my shipping options were such as shipping dates and their rates. Never brought up a signed received option, so we had to cancel the order and start again. The entire interaction was rude. Luckily my client received his order. Terrible staff.
