The UPS Store

Jennifer waited on me at the UPS in Dyer. She was so kind and efficient. She contacted Amazon for me and solved my problem. She did something in minutes that would probably take me an hour or more. This is the UPS store that I always use and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Jennifer.

Never a good experience when its close to closing time. I did a lot of business here and there is one employee there I try to deal with. She is awesome, but In my experience when she isn't there the customer service isn't there either. Forced to take my business elsewhere.
