The UPS Store

I was in need of a notary services for a document which had to be signed before a notary and 2 witnesses, notarized, and then returned by 2-day express delivery. This location was a convenient one-stop shop to expedite this process. When I called at 5pm, the owner/manager was friendly and assured me he could get it done for me to make it in the end-of-day delivery, requesting that I drive over to his UPS Store. (The owner is a notary so this service is available here.) Note: I had actually already been in a different UPS Store closer to my home, but, after waiting a few minutes and inquiring about notary services at that location, I was told there were no notary service available at 4pm, and there should be a notary there tomorrow after 9am. I wasn’t confident that I’d make the Friday receipt deadline. So glad I used Google Maps to locate and contact this UPS store. I can breathe easier knowing that my document is on its way after being coordinated so professionally by this staff.

The gal that helped me was super kind and helpful. I've never sent a package there before. And she got me through the process quickly. Also taped up my package for free. Great customer service. She was very patient with me. 👍

I trusted UPS to ship an important package because it’s their job and I thought they would be more reliable (and expensive). Spoiler alert: I shipped from this store. Insured and tracked it. And then… they lost it. It never arrived as promised. Tracking number useless. There’s no way to replace my tests inside that are now simply vanished thanks to the remarkable ineptitude here. I will never return. Update: they refunded the insured amount but not the shipping costs as promised, so I had to dispute those with my credit card (aka more hassle). Package never found. Hours of work on testing lost + more hours of hassle dealing with them and credit card company also lost on a simple domestic package of paper/books. Do not recommend.
