Nice UPS location with nice people there. ■Parking is all over the place, best to be in the lot under the apartment complex. ■Small storefront, but good for normal business including Amazon returns. (Only if Amazon directs you to UPS*)

I always drop off my packages here but had a bad experience with Eli, I will be driving the extra distance to drop off at UPS. Unfortunately, my label was not scanning, and she was trying to charge me to reprint a new label with no guarantee it would scan and solve the problem. This place nickles and dimes you for everything, and she was not friendly at all. Going to another location or shipped thru FedEx.. and this issue is more the way she talked to me more than the fact that she was charging me to reprint a label.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went to send my son a package 📦 to his summer camp. Looked up tracking and said it was being sent back to the store. When I had asked why it was sent back they said “it wasn’t packaged correctly”. One of his carbonated drinks must have exploded on the transit up there. They continued to tell me it was my fault and that it wasn’t packaged incorrectly and then charged me again to have it re-sent out a 2nd time. I repeatedly asked the 1st time I was there if I needed to put the box I was shipping into a different box or if there was anything I could do to make sure it got there. They reassured me it would be good to go and that they would get it to him. It was a package that he was suppose to get for his Birthday and now won’t get for another 4 days. Instead of offering to help and do what ever they could to make sure it gets to him or offer to ship it back out free of charge, they blamed me and charged me again.

Visited this location twice, mix feeling! They close at 7pm, the first time I was there 10min before closing, I had my box/package ready, all taped, just need to tape the address label on the box.  The agent was nice enough told me just drop it off she will take care of the lable for me, got me out of the door in second!! The second time, different story lol, as I said they close at 7pm, I parked at 6:58pm, I can see the window inside all dark already and the ‘open’ sign do not light up lol.  As I walked up, nobody was inside, look like everyone left, dark, and when I look at my phone still 6:59pm LOL

I ship out 600-700 item a month for my business. This includes many UPS packages. This branch is always a problem as the owners are surely and not helpful. It is the closest branch to my house, so I go her 3-4 a week. The employees they hire are great, but there is always a ton of turn over. No one stays long. I would give it 3 stars for an average location and the staff that shows up, but the owner should not be running a business that deals with people. Not once has he said hello, can I help you or even thank you. Tonight I parked with a truck load of packages. I walked in the back door, with no packages and knew the service was going to be awful when I saw the owner there. I waiting for a couple of minutes to ask if it was ok to use the back door, him and the older women did not say one thing to me. Not even “just a minute”. So while waiting I start grabbing the packages and started bringing them in. Once again, not a hello, thanks you, can I help you or let me get the door. The owner just berates be for using the back door and “he takes lots of pride in his store” and its “ an insure liability” he continues berating me. The women started scanning the packages while he just goes off. This guy does not know how you run a business. I will never go to this location again and will shift some of my business back to USPS and Fed Ex. Next time my UPS sales rep calls I let her know why I am not shipping as much with UPS.
