Would give them a lower grade but nothing lower to give! They wanted to open my package to weigh each item going to Canada! I ship items to Canada all the time, NEVER has this come up before! UPS DO BETTER! This falls on you this UPS store is destroying your name!
When I was there, both ladies working were extremely rude. I have had good experiences in the past, however both my husband and I have been to this location within the last few months and both times were unhappy with the customer service. The first time we chalked it up to someone having a bad day and didn't worry too much about it, after this last experience, I will look for other locations to use.
When I walked in to do an Amazon drop off I was the only customer in the store. Of the two people working there, neither one greeted me or even looked up at me for that matter. I spoke up that I had a return, pulled up the QR code on my phone, the one employee rudely reached over my hand to scan the code as I was trying to enlarge it, gave me my receipt and grumbled "Have a nice day" to me. Did I accomplish what I went there for? Yes. But I have to say that their customer service skills are non existent and absolutely deplorable. As a retired small business owner (a pack and ship store believe it or not!) I know the importance of customer service and it's impact on your reputation as a business. Every person that walks through your door is important and should be greeted with a hello. I rarely give a negative review but sometimes it's necessary to correct a problem that requires proper training. It takes more than just providing a service to provide a quality customer experience.

This UPS Store is always clean, fast, efficient, and professional! I appreciate their efforts and having them in town!
