The UPS Store

This store has it together. They had some rough patches, Covid and all that came with it caused numerous problems. The employees tried to solve every issue as soon as they could. They now have a super great staff that is efficient, friendly and are willing to do whatever they can to help you.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Called this office just to ask a question. “Could you hold please?” 17 minutes later nobody had picked up or checked on me while “on hold”. This office needs to fire every employee and start over with people who understand customer service. Thank you FedEx for taking care of my shipping need. No reply needed, you had one chance and failed miserably.

I use the store weekly. Have for many years and I am grateful it is available to us. I have always had a good experience. Off seasons are fast with no lines. Holidays (all stores) have waits but the associates have always helped me. They tape, box ship and sometimes print my labels if I forgot I appreciate the store and it is needed. Please be kind to our workers as we need everybody who works jobs in service. I have seen rude behavior from guests (impatient) and I hope they do not affect our workers. These jobs are hard to fill in our expense area.

Don't waste your time/trip. Poorly managed and likely not able to handle your shipping needs - especially Amazon returns - forget it. Same issues with Avon UPS store. Better luck with a carrier pigeon.

They deserve ALLL THE STARS. Entire team is responsive, informed and do everything they can. Not to mention, they actually answer the phone. Really grateful for their service here in the valley given it is often hard to rely on PO. -Vail Home Care
