The UPS Store

I've been a customer for the past several years and rent a UPS box there. Staff is always pleasant and work hard to meet everyone's needs, even when the store is super busy! Lexi, Danyelle and Kyle are a friendly and professional team and always provide great service! My favorite UPS store so far!

Really sad experience here. The line was out the door. There was one woman working on the busiest day, supposedly the manager. Sour disposition, not friendly or nice in the least. I was confused why what appeared to be a QR code would not scan, she was so rude and condescending, refusing to explain. She answered the office phone and started helping the phone customer - then left me standing there….walked away to the other register & announced she would serve the next person! When I tried to ask her again about my transaction after emailing the label to her, she loudly said she was not going to serve me — I was not nice by this point myself! She told me to go to the airport road location 5+ miles away even though I had waited in line 20 minutes already. The lady at Airport Rd told me that the woman called her griping about me - with customers lined up to the sidewalk, she actually took time to call Airport Rd to keep me from getting served there, even though I had told her I drove from out of town to do business at Higdon Ferry! The airport road manager said, “ yes it looks like it should be scannable, but it isn’t…but let me show you how easy this is…” she took a picture of the label on my phone and printed it, and didn’t even charge extra. She said I had paid enough extra driving to a 2nd location. Just save yourself a headache and use the Airport Rd location. The Higdon Ferry traffic is so backed up in front of that store - the ease of access alone is worth the 5 miles to Airport Road.

Nastiest customer service I have ever experienced especially the one with the nose ring who dropped my phone after grabbing it to get the sku code for a return. Even her fake apology was hateful. The lens cracked but I never followed up on it because any more time spent in the presence of this extraordinary person would be extremely nauseating.

I had a bunch of returns to do. They helped me fast and efficiently they know what they’re doing took care of me in and out in a few minutes. The manager was so helpful she should get a raise.

I’ve Always received nothing but the best customer service from this location. Kyle and Lexi go above and beyond to help me while continuing to have such a positive upbeat attitude and a smile on their faces. This is the only location I’ll visit to have my items delivered ☺️
