The UPS Store

My experience today at this Ups store was awesome. The staff is friendly and welcoming, I had an Amazon return and it was pretty big, Alexis helped me, she was sweet, reassuring me that she will take care of everything. I sighed of relief. They go out of their way for the customers, and that is a wonderful thing. I love them all, they're very helpful. I love how the store is clean, everything is in order and they service you with a smile. I highly recommend this store. Thank you so much for caring, and taking your time with your customers. Employees at this location are always friendly, welcoming and super efficient. The only reason a line forms is when customers go to the counter unprepared. Amazon returns are really fast if you have your QR codes ready on your phone. Most things I’ve shipped here has been reasonably priced. I feel like everyone gives good recommendations on how to best ship each item I’ve brought in too. Clean facility, even the carpet when it’s wet outside.

They were so helpful! I had an unwrapped birthday gift that I needed shipped out and the team at this UPS helped me by wrapping my gift up in gift paper and bow for me! 🎁 I really really appreciated the people here helping me with the wrapping and delivery information of the gift! Amazing job and thank you to them again! 🙂👍📦
